Multiple pump pallet control panels were required within 3 months of project kick-off. Novum delivered and improved upon previous designs.
Solution
Novum Automation re-designed, assembled, and wired six pump pallet electrical control enclosures within 3 months of project kickoff.
Re-designed electrical control layout and updated components for optimal performance
Integrated soft-starter instead of manual contactor to minimize startup torques on pump and drivetrain
Utilized Phoenix Contact relays, timers, and push-in terminal blocks to reduce assembly and wiring time
Commissioned pump pallet systems and tuned temperature controller PID control loop on-site
